COME STUDY WITH US!
At ETHOS, we accept individual students coming by themselves if they are at least 15 years old. Students younger that 15 will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. We request that children below 15 be accompanied by a parent or guardian, but we will consider special situations.

Our classes are taught Mondays through Fridays. Students choose between 4 hours per day and 5 hours per day, and each hour has a different subject. The 4-hour program, includes American Pronunciation, Grammar, Conversation, and Reading. The 5-hour program will cover those 4 subjects plus Writing.

ETHOS에서는 15세 이상의 개별 학생이 스스로 오는 것을 허용합니다. 15세 미만의 학생은 경우에 따라 입학이 허용됩니다. 15세 미만의 어린이는 부모 또는 보호자의 동반을 요청하지만, 특별한 상황을 고려할 것입니다.

우리 수업은 월요일부터 금요일까지 진행됩니다. 학생들은 하루 4시간부터 5시간까지 수업을 선택할 수 있으며, 각 시간마다 다른 과목이 있습니다. 4시간짜리 프로그램에는 미국식 발음, 문법, 회화, 독해가 포함됩니다. 5시간 프로그램은 이 4개 과목과 글쓰기를 다룹니다.

 

SMALL-GROUP or MAN-TO-MAN
Students at ETHOS have a choice. They can save money and study in small-group classes, with a maximum of six (6) students in one classroom, or they can have man-to-man classes by themselves with an American teacher.

The school day begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM (for the 4-hour program option) or 3:00 PM (for the 5-hour option.) All students have 1 hour for lunch.
Each class meeting is 55 minutes and there is a 5-minute break between each class.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not have classes on REGULAR HOLIDAYS, for which the Philippine government requires all businesses to close for the day. The school will be closed and those days will be skipped in the school calendar. No classes will be scheduled and there will be no make-up classes for those dates because no lessons will be missed. (You can see the list of ETHOS school holidays for 2024 HERE.)

(Please understand that MAN-TO-MAN class spaces are limited. Once they are filled then only GROUP CLASSES will be available.)

 

소규모 그룹 또는 맨투맨

ETHOS 학생들은 선택권이 있습니다. 그들은 돈을 절약하고 한 교실에 최대 6명의 학생이 참여하는 소그룹 수업에서 공부할 수 있으며, 미국인 교사와 직접 일대일 수업을 할 수도 있습니다.

수업일은 오전 9시에 시작하여 오후 2시(4시간 프로그램 옵션의 경우) 또는 오후 3시(5시간 옵션의 경우)에 끝납니다. 모든 학생에게 점심 시간은 1시간입니다.
각 수업 회의는 55분이며, 각 수업 사이에 5분의 휴식 시간이 있습니다.
참고 사항: 정규 공휴일에는 수업이 없습니다. 필리핀 정부는 해당 날 모든 사업장을 폐쇄해야 합니다. 학교는 문을 닫게 되며 해당 날짜는 학교 달력에서 생략됩니다. 해당 날짜에는 수업이 예정되어 있지 않으며 수업을 놓치는 일이 없기 때문에 보충 수업도 없습니다. (여기에서 2024년 ETHOS 방학 목록을 확인할 수 있습니다.)
